Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide high-quality designs/products in a timely manner. Because of this, we have implemented a cancellation/return policy. After booking your Design items, you will be requested to pay a 50% deposit. This deposit will be used to purchase supplies for the design services. We kindly request that you inform us at least 30 days before your event date if you need to cancel or reschedule the Design items. This allows us to ensure the products have not started production. We will refund your deposit in full or push it forward for your rescheduled design services if cancellation is before the 30 day mark . If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 30 day’s notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the contract cost. If you cancel or reschedule your services with less than 15 day’s notice, your services will no longer be refundable.
