Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide high-quality services in a timely manner. Because of this, we have implemented a cancellation policy. After booking your event date, you will be requested to pay a 50% deposit. This deposit will be used for your event planning services. We kindly request that you inform us at least 30 days before your event date if you need to cancel or reschedule the booking for the services. This allows us to offer the vacant slot to other clients who may be waiting for the services. We will refund your deposit in full or push it forward for your rescheduled event if cancellation is before the 30 day mark . If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 30 day’s notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the contract cost. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 15 day’s notice, your event will no longer be refundable.
